Upload Mutiple Artifacts to Tracker from Excel

Message Does anyone know how to upload multiple artifacts into a tracker from a spreadsheet or csv file?

We use a tracker to manage project requirements, but entering them one by one is hard for 100+ requirements. We have a csv table of requirements, so if anyone know how to upload all these requirments in a batch, then you would save us a lot of time.
