Which log file recordes project deletions

Message A project admin of my CTF 5.4 system had a user who deleted a file, but the problem is they don't know which file(s) were deleted. Is there a log of the deletion transaction that I can look at? I have the user, time and project information, but I need to know which file would record that data. Once I see it I can then begin looking in the deleted_files area for a recovery.
