Message Hi Sanil,

 

Try killing all java processes and then start collabnet services.

 

killall -9 java

 

The above command should kill all the java processes. Hope this helps.

Hi Team,

 

Raising this ticket in behalf of an Teamforge user named Sanil with
email id - XXXX@XXXX

 

Question: Customer was planning to install Teamforge 6.1.1 in the Centos
5.6 64 bit.and getting the following errors.

 

 jboss (app) (localhost:8080)
....................​....................​....................​failed to
start in 240 seconds, giving up now. Please check the log:
/opt/collabnet/teamf​orge//log/apps/servi​ce.log FAILED.
