How to re-integrate SVN after server's crash

Message Hello,

The situation:
TF is installed on srv1 (Version: 5.4.0.2, Build: 255).
SVN is installed on srv2 (Software version: 2.3.0-2899.88, Subverion version: 1.7.3-2899.88). This SVN is added in “SCM Integrations” of the TF.
TF has several projects using SVN’s repositories on the srv2.

Srv2 dies and is reinstalled with a new SVN instance with the same hostname (svn.domain.com); the repositories are restored from a backup.

Evidently, that new instance has no any idea about the precedent integration with the TF server. But, in TF we have still the existing integration with such name svn.domain.com (in TF -> System Tools -> Server Status: svn.domain.com – Could Not Connect).

Trying to integrate the new instance of SVN (on srv2 -> http://svn.domain.com -> Administration -> CollabNet TeamForge) I have this error (that I suppose is normal):
Communication error with the TeamForge server: Unable to create external system: Verify parameters for valid hostname. Detailed Error: Integration error: Unexpected Error - com.vasoftware.sf.co​mmon.SfSystemExcepti​on: Unable to initialize external system. Another integration already exists. [exid0A0101070136A7A29CAE800A]


Can somebody explain the correct steps for correct re-integration of a re-installed SVN with the same name, please?
The goal is to have access to the repositories allocated to different projects on our TF as before the crash of the srv2.
