Problem with SFEE Explorer

Message Hello,
If I try to drag and drop documents folder from SFEE Explore to my desktop.
After about a minute the system begins to download the files into the folder I dropped (look at the download progress bar in snapshot1 attachment), but at the end of transfer the following error message is displayed: "Error during file transfer: can't read from file or disk origin" (for the original message in italian look at snapshot2 attachment).
Product bug, Wrong installation?
Please help me.

If I drag and drop folder from my desktop to SFEE Explorer it's all right!
